![]() ![]() I have been spoilt by the GTX 660 going through everything at 1080p (though, I do enjoy it a lot. to be fair, the FPS, if I ever mention it, is at the full blown 1080p, which a GT 520 is not made for. ![]() Tell me how it goes, I am just a modder who has been around for a little while (mostly Skyrim and stuff, from the Q6600+ 8400 GS to a 520 to a GTX 660 to SLI+i7.) (This game is untested on the GT 520 system.) considering a GT 520 vs the GT 130m is a fair leap. Since you already have Witcher 2, I would recommend just trying it, I think it is possible that you cannot run the game period. (this just forces full resolution textures.) You may want to try this for a little extra boost in quality, as textures don't hurt much. This mostly occurred when stuff happened. My Brother again, with the GT 520 would lag in The Witcher at 1080p and reasonably low settings. (or play a game with settings and resolution.) For The Witcher Run the game at the lowest spec possible, if it is not low enough to maintain a reasonable FPS level, lower the resolution. I would not recommend even trying to improve the quality and graphics of the game, unless you are 100% certain it will not cost a single frame. Just for reference, my brother with his GT 520, and Q6600 on an ultra-low mod + lowest settings for Witcher 3 got 9 FPS in the opening scene. Doesn't seem like many used the nexus for The Witcher judging by participation levels. Not that I'd be able to read it even when I do rediscover it. I saw a german site awhile ago that had a mess of texture mods that looked pretty good, can't seem to find it now. ![]() There make sure you have checked the box next to the mod that you would like to launch. Calls for 2.2Ghz Core2Duo, I got a 2 GHz Core2Quad. Run the game louncher and select the line 'Mods'. I don't meet the min req for TW2, but I've been down that path before. And I'm now there so.:shrugs: shortsightedness reigns yet again, but I don't know if it'll be a problem yet. You even get neat sorting functions to make finding items in your inventory that much easier. It was noticeably less costly on origin at the time, and figured if Origin was going to cause issues that I'd cross that bridge when I got there. This mod enhances many of the UI elements of the different menus to make everything much easier to sift through whether it’s crafting components or alchemy ingredients. ![]()
